The Mercury Commerce management team provides a deep and diverse set of skills to the organization. The group boasts extensive experience across large and small companies ranging from the high-tech arena to consumer packaged goods and consulting.

Dan Corazzi, Jr.
President
Dan Corazzi is President of Mercury Commerce Solutions. He co-founded the company in November 1998 to help purchasing entities streamline their procurement process - enabling them to save time and money, and reduce paperwork.

Corazzi has some 11 years of experience marketing specifically to the public sector through his previous positions at Xerox Corporation. He worked as general line sales manager, document production marketing executive and in numerous other sales and management capacities inside the Pennsylvania state and local government for Xerox.

Previously, Corazzi served as a senior solutions manager of a $75 million business group inside of the Document Solutions Organization. He was responsible for the number one systems performance in the United States Customer Operations in the prior two years. His responsibilities included sales implementation, management, services integration and the roll out of all Internet-based solutions.

Corazzi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and finance from Juniata College in 1988. He currently serves as an ambassador to Team Pennsylvania (Governor's Action Committee) and as a Juniata College Admissions Volunteer.

Harry Goldberg
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Harry brings over 29 years of experience in strategic planning and management in technology and e-Procurement to the executive team at Mercury Commerce. In his role as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, Harry is responsible for business development and marketing activities including management of reseller relationships, channel management and product marketing.

Jeff Mason
Vice President, Product Management and Professional Services
Jeff brings over 15 years of experience to Mercury Commerce, with managerial and director roles overseeing both large and small staff sizes focusing on procurement, materials management, manufacturing, and services – specifically large ERP implementations. In his role as VP of Product Management and Professional Services, Jeff's responsibilities include solution design, development of services delivery strategies, implementation delivery services, customer support, vendor services and catalog management.

Dan Corazzi, Sr.
Vice President, Finance/Governance
Dan brings more than 35 years of administrative leadership to Mercury Commerce. He most recently served 16 years as the superintendent of schools for the Valley View School District in Archbald, Pennsylvania. In his role as Vice President of Finance, Dan is responsible for governance and finance operations including corporate finance.
